Aquaponics Earth BIO Stations are a response to a need: That need is food--lots of natural, healthy, wholesome, GMO and NANO-tech free food--available at affordable prices for an ever expanding population that some believe will reach 9 Billion humans in the not too distant future.

Grace Sylke is the company’s Marketing Director and Head Trainer. She has been an entrepreneur most of her life founding several businesses centered around her talents as a writer, artist and marketer. She is the Web Master and Designer of this site. She is a trained, credentialed teacher who was involved in curriculum development and creation, making her a highly valuable and capable asset to the AquaPonics Earth’s Demo/Training BIO Station.

Oliver Duffy is the company’s Chief Operations Officer. He’s an aerospace engineer by training and formerly served for 12 years with NASA, where he helped design spacecraft that went to the outer planets. He continues to consult in the aerospace industry. He has designed RAS systems, both large and small and also functions as Aquaponics Earth's system design engineer.

The founders of Aquaponics Earth envision sprawling profitable, commercial Aquaponics Earth BIO Stations all over the landscape of our planet, Earth, hence the name--Aquaponics Earth. But we are not just about profit.

When the founders of Aquaponics Earth came together, we realized we all shared the same life mandate--that mandate is to Teach People How To Be Self Sufficient. We also realized that mandate is what brought us each to discover RAS food-growing technology in the first place. Because it is a RAS that has the capability of revitalizing, sustaining and saving the lives of starving people all over the world. A RAS turns starving people from victims--begging for their next hand-out from whatever charitable organization or government agency that is in front of them, if any--into people with dignity who are independent and capable of providing food for themselves. There’s an altruistic goal behind the creation of this for profit company. Our vision is to be able to amass enough money from Aquaponics Earth to be able to send equipment and supplies to developing nations where we will set up their first Aquaponics Earth BIO Stations at no cost to the chosen village. We then can teach the people how to maintain their RAS life-saving system for generation after generation.

We call these the “Teach The People, Aquaponics Earth BIO Station Projects”. Once the first “Teach The People Project” is complete; and the people can maintain and operate the system on their own, we will move on to the next “Teach The People Project.” If you’ve watched the Video entitled, “South Africa--Play Pump” on our Videos page, Series #1-B (highly recommended), then you’ll realize the “Teach The People Project” is the other important component to that company’s vision, which is teaching people how to provide their own clean, healthy water. With both water and food, communities can thrive instead of barely survive.

We are planning to add a Donation Page to this website soon so that anyone in line with our mission can help us achieve it. The “Teach The People Projects” is a non-profit arm of Aquaponics Earth.

Mike King is the Chief Executive Officer and the brains behind the company. His knowledge and experience with large-scale RAS systems is unparalleled. He is the systems integrator for Aquaponics Earth, integrating the various types of nutrient rich water (NRW) delivery systems such as Raft, Aeroponics and Dynaponics, etc. by matching the delivery system to the crop. Mike has experience in building RAS’s in Kenya, East Africa where he served as President of the Tabasamu Foundation in Nairobi.

Aquaponics Earth is a young company with seasoned and experienced Executive Officers, trademarks, an innovative and highly sustainable food-growing technology, Commercial Aquaponics BIO Stations, and an ingenious Marketing Plan.

Aquaponics Earth is seeking funding to build our first 20,000 square foot BIO Station in the high desert of California. We are looking for an 80 acre site, which will support 66 BIO Stations when the complex is fully built out. The location needs to sit on an aquifer where we can drill highly efficient wells. Aquaponics Earth’s initial focus is the US; but once the US market is established, we plan to take our commercial BIO Stations to the rest of the world. The traditional route for acquiring agricultural capital in the US is USDA Grants. But this has proven to be laborious, time consuming and unsuccessful due to the multiplicity of attached strings, red tape and the USDA’s lack of appreciation for the immense value offered by RAS food-growing technology like extreme water conservation. Traditionally, the USDA has always been behind the curve when it comes to new advancements in agriculture as exemplified by the fact that they did not embrace organic farming in its early days either. So it isn’t surprising that not one USDA Grant specifically addresses this technology at this time turning grant writing into a laborious mind game of tailoring and tweaking a proposal in hopes of making it fit.

Time is of the essence as we face an ever burgeoning world population. The entrepreneurs at Aquaponics Earth are feeling an extreme urgency to get BIO Stations built as fast as possible to meet the demand for natural, wholesome, healthy food that they believe will continue to grow as the American consumer becomes more aware of the dangers of GMO’s and NANO-tech foods that are inundating our US market without even being labeled. Getting on-going Investor involvement is the way to expedite the building of BIO Stations across our nation and establish the Aquaponics Earth brand along with it’s unique certification stamp, which is presently being trademarked. We will soon have a website and a page on this site describing that certification stamp and sharing a lot of information about the dangers of GMO and NANO-tech foods. We will also be enrolling our products in the new Non GMO Project at www.nongmoproject.org, which is all about giving consumers a choice about whether or not they wish to consume GMO foods.
